In 1995, Aproz put in place the Quality Management System which complies with the ISO 9001 standards and was one of the first Swiss companies to be certified BRC Global Standard-Food (from 2002): this certifying body sets strict standards in food quality, hygiene and security in order to guarantee high quality products.

Over 50,000 quality checks are carried out every year in our different laboratories and by our production teams.  Each production load is checked by an internal tasting panel prior to being released.
